Shipping
We ship worldwide. please contact us for a quote outside of the U.K. Any missing parcels must be reported within 14 working days for overseas and 7 working days for the UK.
Breakages
All items are checked prior to being shipped and are carefully wrapped. If you find that any items are damaged on receipt, please contact us within 7 days. Skate Solutions will make the claim on your behalf to the delivery provider and make arrangements for collection of the broken item(s). Arrangements will be made for delivery of a replacement with the customer as soon as possible after collection.
Returns
We accept returns for either a refund or exchange (unless the purchased items have been customised or were not a regular stock item, and a special order). We will exchange an item upon receipt of the order.All postage costs would be at the customers expense.
Any returned items must be in new and unworn condition with all original packaging included.Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns are checked by Skate Solutions before a refund is issued. Skate Solutions will not accept returned good that are not in a saleable condition and will be the buyers responsibility to pay the cost of returning the item(s) to them.
Complete sets (boots and plates) are deemed a custom made order as they are fixed together for the customer and therefore non returnable. If you require the items to be returnable then please state you do not require the set put together by Skate Solutions.
Customers would need to return goods by recorded delivery, loss or damage during return shipping is the customers responsibility. Please ensure you contact us via 07886686509 or email skatesolutions@yahoo.combefore returning an item.

Expected Delivery
We do our very best to get orders to as quick as possible. We understand the importance of waiting on skating equipment and do our best to get orders to you within 7 days of ordering. Due to many of our suppliers being overseas, please allow upto 28 days for delivery, If we expect a delay above the a 14 day period we will contact you. VAT
Childrens sizes do not have VAT on, all other items are subject to VAT and will be inc in the price shown on the website
